  • About the Scholarship The Presidential Scholarship Program recognizes incoming freshmen that demonstrate outstanding achievement, good citizenship, strong leadership and exceptional scholarship during high school. Your undergraduate admissions application serves as your Presidential Scholarship application – there is no separate application to be considered. You will also need to submit official SAT or ACT scores from the College Board to be considered for the Presidential Scholarship Program.
  • Requirements
    • The past recipients of Presidential Fellowships have an average SAT score of 1323/1383* (critical reading & math sections), ACT score of 29 (composite score), and average GPA of 3.8 (unweighted) and are in the top 10% of their class.
    • The recipients get $9,000 - $20,000 annually and are renewed if they maintain a predetermined grade-point average at HPU.
    • The total value of the fellowship is $36,000 to $80,000.
    • The recipients also get $1,000 stipend.
